For the second consecutive year Iam Football SLU through its brand Imoving Football is responsible for the organisation and coordination in Spain of the transnational mobility project for football players of the LFE UK, which is developed under the European Programme ERASMUS+.

As is traditional, the LFE UK has been approved the mobility project for the young English football players, who are trained in the LFE UK, by the ERASMUS+ National Agency in the United Kingdom.

The project will take place this summer between 30th July and 11th August. It will consist of a training stay of 12 days in different countries of the European Union. The partner of the LFE UK in Spain for the development of this project is the Royal Spanish Football Association, through its Foundation.

This year the LFE UK has increased the number of teams for Spain up to a total of 4 teams (QPR, AFC Wimbledon, Colchester and Huddersfield), which will undertake a training programme on the success of Spanish football in the cities of Madrid and Sevilla.

The English teams will have the opportunity to train and play matches with teams of Spanish clubs of the highest category. In Madrid the teams will be: Alcorcón, Rayo Vallecano, Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid, Leganés and Rayo Majadahonda.

And in Andalusia they will do so in different cities of the community, competing against the following teams: Sevilla, Betis, Cádiz, Córdoba, Nervión and Tomares.

During their stay, the players of the participating teams will be able to learn first hand the work philosophy and methodology of these football clubs in Spain and to exchange ideas and work methods.

This project does not only benefit the participating players, but also does offer the staff (managers, decisionmakers, coaches and other professionals of the teams and LFEUK) the opportunity to establish professional contacts with their Spanish counterparts, promoting the exchange of ideas and good practices.
